For sale , I am selling my boat which is being used as a home on the water,
best suited as a live aboard vessel how ever with some maintenace and repairs
would see it up and sailing again,
would suit some one that has a clue about handy man tools and isnt scared to get
there hands dirty, some form of boating knowledge would be helpful

and it smokes a bit ,due to the injector pump ive been told,
been quoted 450 for a 2nd hand one ,,,,
includes vairous items ,cutlery,linen,pillows etc ,
live cheap in paradise and own your own place ,
there are repairs to do as with any boat,
shes 30 plus years old and is looking a bit tatty but with some elbow greese...
replace windows and window surround repairs ,cheap perspex and resin
replace wheel house , only plywood 4 sheets should cover it OR dont replace it costing nothing ,
replace stauntions , steel pipes
ive started repair and painting work
love to keep going and do the whole boat,but situation demands i sell ,
i am how ever open to options and may help the buyeer do some work to get it sailing on its way to a new home.
